Is my phone compatible?
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. See our compatible devices page, or dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, you're good to go.
Do I get a phone number?
Our plans are data-only unless stated otherwise. You can still use WhatsApp, iMessage, FaceTime, and other apps for calls and messages. Your regular SIM stays active for calls and SMS on your usual number.
Can I use my eSIM as a hotspot?
Yes. Hotspot and tethering are supported on most plans.
Delivery & installation
How will I receive my eSIM?
By email, usually within a few minutes of payment. The email includes an Install eSIM button that opens your QR code, plus installation instructions. See our Delivery Policy.
When should I install it?
We recommend installing it before you travel, while connected to Wi-Fi. Then turn it on when you land. Follow our installation guide.
When does my plan start?
For most plans, the validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install it. The exact rules are shown on each product page.
Can I reinstall or transfer my eSIM to another phone?
Usually not. Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so don't delete it until your trip is over.

What if I run out of data?
You can buy a new plan for your destination at any time from our store.
My eSIM isn't connecting. What should I do?
Make sure the eSIM line is on, selected for mobile data, and that data roaming is enabled for it. Restart your phone, then try selecting a network manually. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
Will my home carrier charge me roaming fees?
Not if you set the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn off data roaming on your primary SIM.
Payments & refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a full refund within 30 days if the eSIM hasn't been installed or activated. After activation, refunds apply only to technical issues on our side. Read our full Refund Policy.
