These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SCMEGA website and your purchase of eSIM data plans ("Services") from SCMEGA ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as digital eSIM profiles. Connectivity is provided through our network partners and local mobile operators in each destination. Unless clearly stated on the product page, our plans are data-only and do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS.

2. Eligibility and device compatibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.
  • You are responsible for making sure your device is eSIM-compatible and not carrier-locked before buying. See our compatible devices page.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency selected on the store and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices or plans at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use, or if a pricing error occurred. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

4. Delivery and activation

  • eSIMs are delivered by email. See our Delivery Policy.
  • The plan's validity period starts according to the activation rules shown on the product page. For most plans, this is when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination.
  • Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. Do not delete the eSIM from your device until your trip is over.
  • Unused data or days expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be carried over or refunded.

5. Network performance and coverage

Speeds and coverage depend on the local operator, your location, your device, and network conditions. Coverage maps and speeds shown on our website are estimates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific speed. Some plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy, which may reduce speeds after a certain amount of usage.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services:

  • for any illegal purpose, fraud, spam, or to infringe the rights of others;
  • to resell, share commercially, or use the eSIM in routers, IoT devices, or SIM boxes unless the plan explicitly allows it;
  • in a way that harms or overloads the network or other users.

We may suspend or terminate an eSIM, without a refund, if these rules are violated.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCMEGA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost business, or travel costs, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, belongs to SCMEGA or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
